岗位职责： 1、新材料开发：根据产品开发和工艺改进要求，开发并导入新类型材料或新供应商材料，提高产品性能、降低产品工艺材料成本； 2、现有材料优化：根据产品性能要求，对现有材料配方等工艺进行优化，充分发挥材料性能，提高产品质量； 3、材料组织评审、测试过程跟进，开发报告输出； 4、编制材料工艺标准及检验工艺文件。 任职要求： 1、材料类、光学、物理学、自动化类、机电一体化等理工科相关专业本科、硕士、博士学历； 2、具有3年以上磁粉芯相关领域工作经验者优先，特别优秀者可放宽至应届生； 3、熟悉各种材料的制备、绝缘包覆等，熟悉磁性材料者优先考虑； 4、具备熟练的材料实验技能，包括独立查阅国内及国外文献能力，能独立按时完成项目 5、良好的英语口语和书写以及中文的文字、语言表达能力； 6、工作责任心强，具备耐心与恒心，有团队合作精神，服从公司安排。

Job responsibilities:

1. New material development: Based on product development and process improvement requirements, develop and introduce new types of materials or new

 supplier materials to improve product performance and reduce product process material costs;

2. Existing material optimization: Based on product performance requirements, optimize the existing material formula and other processes, fully leverage material 

performance, and improve product quality;

3. Material organization review, testing process follow-up, and development report output;

4. Develop material and process standards and inspection process documents.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in science and engineering related majors such as materials, optics, physics, automation, and mechatronics;

2. Priority will be given to those with more than 3 years of work experience in the field of magnetic powder cores, and those with exceptional skills can be 

extended to fresh graduates;

3. Familiar with the preparation and insulation coating of various materials, with a preference given to those familiar with magnetic materials;

4. Proficient in material experimentation skills, including the ability to independently review domestic and foreign literature, and be able to complete projects

 independently and on time

5. Good English speaking and writing skills, as well as Chinese writing and language expression abilities;

6. Strong sense of work responsibility, patience and perseverance, team spirit, and obedience to company arrangements.
